Balancing Path Nature

This set consists of 6 balance boards: Pebbles, Branches, Forest Walk, Tactile Tiles, Flagstones, and Count to Ten. The various balance boards simultaneously promote balance, motor skills, perception, and body awareness.

The Pebbles board is designed to mimic the feeling of walking barefoot on the beach, stimulating sensitivity in the feet and soles. This board contributes to the development of foot-sensory skills.

The Branches board emphasizes natural elements with attached, untreated spruce wood elements that provide an authentic wood feel. Its use trains both left-right coordination and the foot arch.

The Forest Walk requires concentration! 27 holes of various sizes are filled with large and small foam balls. One wrong step and the ball falls out of the hole. Walking on the ball of the foot trains safe walking on uneven surfaces. The foam balls are washable.

The Tactile Tiles demonstrate the connection between material knowledge and balance with five different haptic experiences: smooth or rough, warm or cold, hard or soft, shiny or matte. The diverse materials can be explored with eyes, hands, and feet. Materials include sandpaper, metal, artificial grass, cork, and plastic mirror.

The Flagstones board challenges and trains the feet just like walking. Small and large stones stimulate left-right walking and strengthen the foot and leg muscles.

The Count to Ten board has 10 numbered compartments with a total of 55 stones. This balance board is particularly suitable for visually impaired children or for balancing with blindfolded eyes. Counting or calculating with the stones stimulates the hands and foot soles and promotes pleasant blood circulation during use.
