Everyone is welcome at Senso-Care, whether you work for a school or an institution, etc. A school or therapist account even entitles you to a discount on specific products or bulk orders!

You can create a customer account with us, but it's not necessary for placing an order. It is useful, because you can track your order, view invoices and view your order history.
With a school account or therapist account, teachers and therapists receive a discount on specific products or on bulk orders. Inquire about the options by email!
All prices listed on our website include BTW (VAT)!
Companies or organisations outside the Netherlands with a valid BTW-number can order from us when the order is processed as an Intra-Community delivery (without BTW/BTW reverse charge). Read more ...
It is possible to correct this manually afterwards, but for those extra actions (drawing up a credit invoice and drawing up a new invoice without BTW), we do charge € 15 administration costs (incl. BTW).
We have a Belgian BTW-number for our customers in Belgium: BE0747.989.368.
Unfortunately, we do not have an German BTW-number for our customers in Germany.
Unfortunately, we do not have an Austrian BTW-number for our customers in Austria.

Our website is completely designed for online orders, whether you work for a school or an institution etc. However, if want to place an order using an alternative method, or if you can't (are unable to...) order online, this is of course possible. We do charge administration costs (€ 15) to enter all your customer and order information on our website ourselves.
Do you want to change your order? This is mostly possible, but don't wait too long and contact us as soon as possible!
Want to cancel your order? This is often possible, but don't wait too long and contact us as soon as possible!
Do you have a complaint about a product or service? Then let us know as soon as possible! We will try to answer your complaint and resolve it together as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
If we cannot ship your order immediately, for example because an item is not in stock, we will keep your order. We will send your order as soon as possible. Even if your order is not prepaid, we can hold your order.
Your order may have been automatically cancelled if an online payment was not completed or if your deposit (if applicable) wasn't received on time. In those cases, you must place the order again.
