How can I return my order?

You must return the goods without any damage/depreciation ('as new'), complete (including all supplied accessories), clean and in the original, undamaged packaging. We call this 'in saleable condition';. You can send the order to our warehouse in Zoetermeer. The shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

I have returned my order, how and when will I be refunded?
