Through our web shop, privacy-sensitive data, a.k.a. personal data, is processed. Senso-Care considers the careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data, therefore, is processed and secured by us with all due diligence. For our processing, we observe the requirements that privacy legislation imposes. This means, for example, that: 

• We clearly state with what purposes we process personal data. We do so by way of the present privacy statement. 
• We limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data that is required for legitimate purposes. 
• We first ask for your express consent to process your personal data in cases where your permission is required. 
• We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and we also demand this from parties that process personal data by our order. 
• We respect your right to have your personal data provided for perusal, to correct, or remove it upon request. 

Senso-Care is the data controller with regard to the data processing. In this privacy statement we explain what personal data we collect and use and with what purpose. We advise you to read it carefully.

Use of personal data  

When operating our web shop, we obtain certain data of yours. This may be personal data. We keep and use exclusively the personal data that is submitted directly by you in the context of the order placed by you, or for which it is clear upon submittal that it is provide to us to be processed. We use the following data, for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement: 

• Name and address information  
• Phone number 
• Invoice address 
• E-mail address 
• Payment information  
• IP-address

Registration 

You can register as a customer on our website by way of a customer account. After registration, we keep the personal data submitted by you through your e-mail address. We keep this data so that you do not need to fil it out again each time, and so that we can contact you within the framework of the implementation of the agreement. 

We will not provide the data linked to your e-mail address to third parties, unless it is required in the context of the implementation of the agreement you conclude with us or if it is legally mandatory. In case of a suspicion of fraud or abuse of our web shop, we can hand over personal data to the competent authorities. 

Access customer account 

Through your customer account, you can obtain access to the environment where you can enter settings, submit and change matters yourself. 

Handling orders 

When you place an order with us, to process it we make use of your personal data. If it is required for proper handling, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this below in this privacy statement. 

Advertising 

We can inform you via e-mail of commercial information (including advertising) regarding our products and services. Possibly, we could combine information on your purchases, on-line searches, settings on our website, items in your shopping cart, or contact history for such purpose. By combining such information, we can personalise our e-mail messages and customise them to your wishes. In principle, we will only send you e-mail messages with commercial information if you are a customer. The grounds for this are that it is our legitimate interest. In all other cases – if you are not a customer – we only do so if you have granted us permission for it.

If you do not want to be informed by e-mail about our products and services, click here to unsubscribe. You can also find a link and/or contact details in each e-mail message that you can use to unsubscribe. 

Contact form and newsletter  

Through our web shop, we offer the possibility to ask questions by way of a contact form, whereby you are asked to fill out certain information to process your question. You choose yourself what data you thereby provide us with. The data you send to us is kept for as long as is required, based on the nature of the form or the substance of your e-mail, for the complete answering and processing thereof. We offer a newsletter through which we inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address is only added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent. 

Publication 

We do not publish your customer data. 

Links to external websites 

Our web shop can contain (external) links to other websites that do not fall under the control of Senso-Care. Senso-Care is not responsible in any manner for the content nor for compliance with the privacy rules by the administrators of the relevant websites. The inclusion of links to other websites does not mean either that Senso-Care approves of the content of those websites. 

Provision to third parties 

We can transmit your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement. In our web shop, social-media buttons are integrated. These allow the administrators of those services to collect your personal data.
