The ‘Next Generation’ BOSU Balance Trainer is a revolutionary training device designed to take your workouts to the next level. With the BOSU Balance Trainer, you can enhance your core, agility, cardio, strength, balance, and mobility. The pattern on the surface helps you position your body precisely, allowing you to perform each exercise more accurately and efficiently. The redesigned BOSU Balance Trainer offers opportunities for new exercises and improved execution of existing routines. For example, with Dome Push-Ups: place your hands on the wide markings perpendicular to your body, press the outside of your hands into the dome. These markings help you place your hands the same way each repetition, making small adjustments easy to remember and replicate in future workouts.
For Jump Stick & Turn, place your feet aligned on top of the dome, using the wide markings and the logo on top. This helps you land accurately after each jump, even if you add a quarter turn. This ensures your feet are always correctly positioned at both take-off and landing.
Single Leg Balance & Reflexive Training is a popular exercise that benefits from the new design. The marked quadrants can serve as a reference point when tapping or touching with other body parts. For example, balance on one leg and tap with the other foot in each of the quadrants, or squat down and touch each quadrant with one or both hands.
Lateral Over the Dome is perfect for quick cardio and agility drills. The improved texture of the surface provides a more pleasant experience and emphasizes correct foot placement. Walk-Over Push-Ups can also be better performed by placing one hand on the dome and one on the floor. After each push-up, move your hands over the dome, using the wide pattern for even placement.
