Our hourglasses are not just an educational tool, but also a must-have for every household or classroom. They are easy to understand, even for young children, making them ideal for games where time is a crucial factor. What truly distinguishes our TickiT® ColourBright Hourglasses is the color-coding system, allowing users to easily choose the right timer for their needs. Each color represents a specific time duration, ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, and these times are clearly marked on the end caps for added convenience. In addition to these excellent features, each hourglass comes with a handy information sheet.

The dimensions of the hourglass are 150 x 72mm in diameter. Although they are suitable for children from three years old, we want to emphasize that they are not intended for children under three due to small parts that can pose a choking hazard.

The "Hourglass - Timer" is highly valued by many of our customers for its clarity and visibility, both for adults and children. Its robust design and product quality are clear strong points, with customers noting that it is "built to last." Several clients have used the hourglass as an aid in upbringing, especially for timeouts and reading sessions, illustrating how helpful it can be for parents and teachers. Moreover, children find it fun to play with, and it helps them develop a better sense of time.

Schools and educators use it as a convenient timer for outdoor games and activities, such as switching the outdoor bikes and scooters. By placing it on a tall pole, groups of children can easily oversee it, fostering both their independence and sense of responsibility.

However, there are a few points of attention we've noticed. Some customers experienced issues with damaged hourglasses upon delivery. Moreover, there seems to have been some confusion regarding the specific time duration of some hourglasses in the orders. Another recurring theme is the color of the sand and the caps: the combination of black sand, black caps, and "smoked" glass can make it challenging to see if the hourglass is empty. It might be beneficial to consider this in future designs.

Finally, some clients have had difficulties reaching our customer service, which is something we will surely address to enhance our service. We appreciate the candid feedback and continuously strive to optimize both our products and our service.
