The mystically pleasant sound makes pupils' ears receptive, leaving the path free for "understanding". The goal of "listen - understand - apply" is achieved in no time at all. Sound can play a central role in the receptiveness of pupils, meaning that knowledge transfer will fall on fertile ground.

The sound of the singing bowls is said to have many other positive qualities. The sound is calming and can act as a remedy for the body, mind and soul (e.g. meditation, sound therapy, massage). When filled with water, the bowls depict the wandering soundwaves. This trains perception, as well as the sense of hearing and sense of touch.

The diameter can vary between 11–12.5 cm and the weight between 350–450 g due to the pure manual work.
