The Sensi-Bar consists of a set of seven food-safe, white plastic containers with double lids. One lid is completely closed, while the other has holes to allow scents to pass through. The containers are dishwasher-safe and fit perfectly into a lacquered MDF strip with seven recesses, ensuring they stand firmly and can be easily transported.

These smaller containers are filled with the same materials or foods as the larger white containers. This allows the child to visualize what they smell, taste, or hear. During play, the small round containers are sorted to the corresponding large containers, serving as a form of self-check and promoting learning.
