Set wooden token game with silent counters, 202 pieces

This typical wooden Montessori-style token game offers children a visual aid for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in the number range up to 10,000. A wooden board with four vertical columns allows you to use colourful silent counters, which you can stick or write on yourself, as symbols for the numbers (units=green, tens=blue, hundreds=red, thousands=green), inserting these into the relevant columns. Once the place value is exceeded, the 10th chip will no longer fit perfectly into the column and the ten chips have to be exchanged for a chip from the next place value category. Once this exchange has been completed, the result is visible.

The 200 silent chips included in the set are made from sponge rubber and are ideal for the classroom as they make no distracting noises even if they are occasionally dropped. They can be used outside the token game too, for arithmetic, counting or sorting.

The silent counters are also suitable for our hundred-square board (product no. 93100) and are therefore ideal for exploring numbers up to 100.
They can also be used for playing, for your own game ideas or for handicrafts.

Measuring 6 mm in height, these counters are particularly easy to handle, even for little hands.
