With the coupling piece in the air hose, the pump can be disconnected after the vest is pumped up. Press the metal button completely and pull off the two parts of the coupling piece. The valve closes and the pressure vest stays pumped up! To continue to pump or empty the pressure vest, the hand pump must first be connected to the hand pump. When connecting the pump, make sure that you hear a 'click' that indicates that it is properly connected. PAY ATTENTION! If it is not possible to contact the two parts of the coupling piece, check that the push button is pressed completely on the coupling and the pin is up. Then try again.
