Each series offers a unique way to explore leaf shapes: the first series shows the full leaf shapes, the second has a thick outline for each shape, and the third presents each shape with a thin line. Children can lay real leaves alongside the corresponding cards, further developing their visual discernment.

This interactive approach not only stimulates interest in botany but also aids in developing fine motor skills through tracing leaf shapes. Additionally, it encourages children to move from concrete to abstract concepts, a fundamental aspect of Montessori education.
