Delivery
Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered by PostNL (or any necessary partners). Orders in Germany and Austria are delivered by DHL (or any necessary partners). In all other countries, your order will be delivered by international PostNL partners.
We try our best to deliver as much as possible 'order before 5 pm for next day delivery', but unfortunately this doesn't always work. You can assume that we will deliver your order as soon as possible, but we are always dependent on external factors. You will receive a track & trace code by email which you can use to track the delivery of your order online.

For shipping within the Netherlands, a PostNL pick-up location can be chosen during the ordering process. Unfortunately this is not possible for addresses outside the Netherlands.
Unfortunately it is no longer possible to pick up your order, but don't worry because orders of €20 or more will be shipped by us for free!
Always check the track & trace code first, delivery may be delayed or delivered to a different address. Packages often turn out to be delivered a day later or to the neighbours. If your package is still missing, please contact us!
In principle, we can ship to all countries within Europe. If your preferred country is not on the list, please contact us to discuss the options.
In the case of 'not at home' , a package will often be delivered to the neighbours (this may also be neighbours who live a little further down). If this is unsuccessful, your package will be taken to a location for collection. In both cases, the delivery person will leave a note in your letterbox.
Unfortunately, we cannot resend undelivered orders. Your order will of course be credited, but you must place a new order yourself.
In order to reduce costs, but above all to protect the environment, we reuse as many boxes as possible that arrive at our premises. It is therefore possible that you receive your order in a used box from one of our suppliers. We also reuse boxes from returns when possible. That saves a lot of costs, as well as the environment!
