Payment
At Senso-Care you can pay easily and safely in advance or afterwards. If you choose to pay in advance, you can do so with iDeal, PayPal, credit card, Bancontact or Sofort. If you prefer to pay afterwards, choose AfterPay. Make sure that you pay the invoice to AfterPay and not to Senso-Care. You can also pay afterwards on the basis of an invoice that you receive by email. We request you to pay the invoice within 14 days. We do not charge extra costs for the different payment methods, except for AfterPay (€ 0.99).
For organisations, schools, institutions, hospitals, etc. that are not able to pay an order directly online, we offer the option to plan an order on account. You will receive the invoice by email, which must be paid within 14 days.
Note! At Senso-Care, ordering on account is only possible for order of € 25 or higher. For lower amounts you can choose to pay afterwards via AfterPay. You will of course also receive an invoice, but the invoice must be paid to AfterPay.
Did you choose 'order on account', then your order will always be checked by us. After all, trust comes from both sides and we therefore reserve (at our own discretion) the right to request a deposit of 50%. If you receive a request for a deposit from us by email, you must transfer the amount to our bank account (NL23 INGB 0008495254) within 7 days, specifying your order number. After receiving your deposit, we will send your order as soon as possible, after which you can pay the rest of the invoice amount.
If we do not receive your deposit (on time), your order will automatically expire. In that case you can place your order again (even if you already paid the deposit in the meantime).
Trust comes from both sides. We therefore reserve the right (at our own discretion) to request a deposit. Did you choose to pay afterwards in combination with a PostNL pick-up location? Then we can ask for a deposit. Also if you are a new customer, select a different billing address or have to pay outstanding invoices, we can ask for a 50% deposit. We will not enter into any discussions with regard to the specific reason(s).
We refund the same way as you paid for the order. This means via the same payment method and the same account.
Did you pre-pay online? Then you will no longer receive an invoice by email (to avoid double payment). You can of course always request the invoice (by email or telephone) or view it via your customer account. If you choose to pay afterwards, you will always receive the invoice by email.
