The TriggerPoint GRID X® Foam Roller is the firmest foam roller in our range, specifically designed to tackle the body's most stubborn and tight trouble spots. This extra firm foam roller is ideal for athletes with dense muscle tissue and anyone who prefers a deep tissue massage. The GRID X is made from hard, dense materials that penetrate deep into tight muscles to relieve pain and discomfort. This makes the roller perfect for use on larger muscle groups such as calves, quadriceps, hamstrings, back, and lats. Due to its intensity, the GRID X is not recommended for beginners.

The GRID X is twice as firm as the original GRID® Foam Roller and is made from sweat-proof and easy-to-clean material. The three-dimensional surface allows tissue to breathe while rolling, promoting blood flow and oxygen delivery - essential nutrients for muscle repair. Additionally, the foam roller is compact and travel-friendly, making it easy to take with you. Thanks to its superior construction, the roller will not break with repeated use and can support a static load of up to 250 kg.
