Parcel not received
If you do not receive your parcel, then please first check the tracking code to see whether your order was delivered. It may be that your order was delivered to a different address, which will be recorded online. It may also be worthwhile to check with your neighbours. If, however, this fails to turn up your order, please contact Senso-Care (instead of the delivery service, who will refer you to us). We will then file for an investigation regarding the delivery of your parcel. It may take several days before we can provide feedback, but in most cases, your parcel will have been located by then. If you should receive your parcel before the investigation is completed, please notify it so the investigation may be resolved.
