If you are not in at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery person may hand your parcel to a neighbouring address. If your parcel cannot be delivered with a second attempt, it will be transported to the nearest pick-up point. The delivery person is required to leave a pick-up receipt. Your order will remain on-site for a maximum of 7 days, after which it will be returned to us and credited following receipt. In this case, you will need to resubmit the order, as we are unfortunately unable to resend returned packages.
