Cancelling orders
If you want to cancel your order, please do so by contacting us at your earliest convenience! We always try to ship out orders as soon as possible, and should therefore be notified of any cancellations in a timely manner. Once you have received the second email with your order’s tracking code or invoice, your order can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.
Another possibility is to refuse the delivery when it arrives. This means your order will automatically be returned to us.
