If you have any complaints about one of our products or services, please notify us at your earliest convenience. We aim for a response and mutually satisfactory resolution to any issues as soon as possible within a 14-day period.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled your complaint, please contact the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk webshop trustmark. Their website provides a complaint registration form.
