Placing orders
Placing orders with Senso-Care is swift, simple, and secure!
- After adding items to your shopping basket, click ‘check-out’ to proceed to the order screen.
- First, enter the shipping address data for the order. Your email address is used to provide you with updates regarding your order.
- You can add comments to your order (such as an order number or cost centre), which will then be listed on the invoice.
- You can also add comments addressed to Senso-Care, such as preferred product colour or your holiday periods.
- If you are ordering from outside the Netherlands, and are in possession of a VAT number, then enter this number in the intended field. If your code is accepted as valid, your order will be processed as an intra-community purchase.
- You can add a second email address if you would like an additional copy of the invoice via email.
- Second, you can add any deviating invoicing address. Note that we will not send the invoice to the address via mail, but that this address will be listed on the invoice as the ‘invoicing address’.
- Next, select your payment method and click ‘Place order’.
- You will first be sent a confirmation of your order via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder!
- Next, you will be sent the invoice via email if you selected to ‘order on account’ or requested to make a down-payment. If you pre-paid your order or selected AfterPay, you will not be sent an invoice via email. Instead, the invoice will be included with your shipment. However, if you do want a digital copy of the invoice, please let us know via email!
- As soon as your order is shipped out, you will be sent a final email with a tracking code to track your order’s progress online.
