Exchanges
Purchases can be exchanged (but only within 14 days of receiving your order). In practical terms, this exchange is considered to consist of returning one order and placing a new one. The fastest way of exchanging a purchase, therefore, is to place a new order and then return the original one. Naturally, your returned products should meet our conditions, such as being in ‘marketable condition’ upon return. If you paid shipping costs for your original order, we cannot charge additional shipping costs for the new order. Therefore, please contact us by email to discuss the issue.
