Refunds

Within 14 days of receiving the form for revocation we will refund or settle all of your payments (including shipping costs, but not return shipment costs), but only after we have received the products.

Refunds are made using the same payment method and bank account used for the order, or are settled if the invoice has not yet been (fully) completed.

If only part of an original order is returned, and the resulting total value of the products retained by the customer falls below € 20 (€ 50 for Austria), we will apply the shipping costs listed above and subtract them from the credit invoice.

Our joint right and obligations as retailer and customer in terms of returns and revocations are explicitly stated in the General Terms and Conditions, under Articles 6 to 10.
